I am excited to offer face to face consults in Young, NSW and Telehealth if you’d like to keep the location flexible. As a Naturopath, Susan applies the principles and philosophy of naturopathic medicine to treat the whole person, working with you to establish and understand the root cause of dis-ease and support clients to heal using lifestyle practices, nutrition and herbal medicine.

Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation may take up to 1.5 hours. During this time, we will cover:
Your detailed health history from birth to present
Brief family history
Questions exploring relevant body systems
Diet summary (covering a typical day)
Iridology and other physical examinations as appropriate.
It would be very helpful to bring any recent pathology, medications (pharmaceutical or supplements) that you are taking and or topical creams you currently use.
Follow-up Consultation
A follow up consultation may take up to forty-five minutes. During this time, we will review your initial treatment plan, discuss what worked well for you and challenges you may have experienced. This is also a time to review new pathology and or dive deeper into body systems, diet and or lifestyle practices most relevant for you to achieve optimal health.
