Iridology is the art and science of looking at a person’s iris and determining how his or her body works on a genetic level. It is the examination of the colour and patterns of the iris. Simply because you have a particular coloured iris and or visible iris signs, does not mean you are destined to express these characteristics within your body, it depends on how we live our lives, what we eat and how we think. An iridology assessment will provide information about nurture points which are areas of the body that can be more sensitive to internal and external stressors.
